Interesting to note this is one of only two Naturaw recipes that uses tripe which is great news if the smell offends you - give this one a swerve - however in my opinion, tripe is so good, pop a peg on your nose and feed. I guarantee it will be gobbled up so quickly, you won't have to hold your nose for long.
